Established in 1987 by Gwen Arcara, Executive Dimensions specializes in nationwide, retained search engagements for senior-level executives, as well as talent management, leadership development and consulting services. We are a "boutique" firm, which means two things: first, we specialize almost exclusively in the dynamic healthcare industry and are especially versed in the challenges of healthcare management. Second, we pride ourselves in dedicated, personal service to our clients and candidates.

Using our vast networks of personal relationships with senior executives and our internal systems, we perform at optimum levels for our many valued clients across the nation.
