Sallie A. McGuire

Vice President of Client Relations

Sallie has nineteen years of human resources experience in manufacturing and health care, both domestically and internationally. She also has a keen interest in working in the not-for-profit sector. Her areas of expertise include recruitment and retention, employee relations, organizational development, management development, team building, and coaching. Sallie's focus on her client’s bottom line which will result in reduced operating costs, reduced employee turnover, and a more satisfied and productive workforce. She holds a BA in Psychology from the State University College of New York at Buffalo. She received her certification in Long-Term Care Administration and Master’s of Science Degree in Health Services Administration from D'Youville College. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management: Local, National and Global Chapters and an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Local and National Chapters.

Jan Reicis

Search Consultant

Jan brings more than 30 years experience in technology, medical device, aerospace, and food product companies to Executive Dimension's recruitment and consulting practices. He has held top level Human Resources Executive positions as Vice President, Human Resources with Graphic Controls, Russer Foods and as Sr. Director, Human Resources with Tosoh America, the US subsidary of Japan based Tosoh Corporation. Jan has developed HR shared services structures, built successful HR organizations and been involved with numerous merger, aquisition and integration activities. He has been recognized for facilitating cultural change in organizations, building Executive Teams and fostering self determination in individuals.

In addition to his industry experience, Jan has taught undergraduate HR courses for the University at Buffalo and Daemen College and graduate level course at Buffalo State and the Riga Business School in Riga, Latvia. He holds an MBA degree from the University at Buffalo and a BA degree from the University of Rochester.

Jan is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Buffalo Executives Association (BEA) and served on the Advisory Council to the School of Management at Canisius College. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Clarence Chamber of Commerce serving as Second Vice-Chair.
